What is Kali?

Kali is the indigenous fighting art of the Philippines. It is a complete martial art that includes utilizing weapons, improvised weapons, empty hand, kicking, striking, and ground fighting. P3 is a modern, tactical approach to the application of Kali and is designed to evolve as your training continues.

What Will I Learn?

You’ll develop practical tactical skills, including proper weapon handling, angles of attack and defense, footwork, and striking. Beyond the physical techniques, training also strengthens your mind-body connection while building confidence, focus, discipline, and mental clarity.

Who Can Train?

Everyone is welcome. Regardless of age, gender, size, or experience level, you can train in P3 Kali. This training offers real-world benefits, including effective self-defense skills, improved physical fitness, enhanced mental well-being, sharper focus, and greater confidence.

What is the Schedule?

Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm. Classes are 1-1.5 hours in length.

Is Training Dangerous?

All training weapons are designed for safe practice. Kali sticks are made of bamboo and measure 26 inches in length, while training blades feature flat, non-sharpened edges. During sparring, students use padded sticks, and appropriate safety equipment is utilized as needed.

While Kali is a highly effective and combative martial art, our training emphasizes safety, control, and proper technique. Students learn not only how to execute movements, but how to apply them responsibly and effectively in real-world self-defense situations.
